Holiday club is a joint event run by staff and volunteers from Guildford URC and St Nicolas Church.

For who? Holiday Club is for children who have been in school years Reception to year 6 for the school year 2025/26. Unforunately we cannot accept children who start reception this year.

When? 27th July – 31st July 2026, 9:30am – midday each day

Please note: on Friday we invite parents/carers to arrive at 11:10am to join our celebration of the week, followed by hot dogs for all the family and an inflatable fun run! Children must be collected from their group leaders at 11:30am and are then the responsibility of their parent/carer.

Where? Guildford United Reformed Church

How much? £15 per child for the whole week.

We encourage children to attend for the full week, but we understand this isn’t always possible and can accommodate those only able to attend certain days. The cost remains £15 per child as this covers materials and activities for the week.

We don’t want anyone to miss out, so please contact me if you need support with a funded place.

We will also be welcoming some wildlife to the church on the Wednesday. Please let us know when booking if your child has any animal phobias we should be aware of.
